Clay is a licensed mortgage professional with Castle& Cooke Mortgage, LLC (NMLS #33422).  Clay has always had a passion for excellence and exceeding people’s expectations. When Clay decided to get into the mortgage business in 1997 he didn’t start by testing the waters and starting part time like many others; he jumped in 100% and completely changed industries he was working in. He knew immediately that this was an industry that he wanted to make a career of. Clay loves to meet and associate with new people and loves the opportunities this industry gives him to do just that. After spending just over a decade in the business the real estate and mortgage industry took a huge hit and experienced a tremendous fall out. While others were leaving the market in droves because of the significant reduction in business opportunity and stiff regulatory measures imposed by the industry, Clay never took his eye off the ball but focused more intensely then ever to meet the market demands and maintained a strong commitment to the industry and people he has grown to love so much. Clay is just as excited about this business today as he’s ever been and looks forward to future opportunities for growth and change.
